Counters for process values (weigh scales, feeders)
How do I have production data just with real data (from field tags, without manually define the start of production and expected values?
The examples just have unit counters, my test process have batch weight scales, so for my performance I want to add the weight, the correct values will be running for each batch from 0 to 4000kg, then comes to 0 and so on. Each time the value is different from 0 is a new batch, but if they don’t reach the value of 4000 (making smaller batches) they are also loosing performance. Any standard way to reach this?
I also have other equipment that run for long time without counting units, but the process is measurable by the feeder speed. I made the speed in the counter tag, but it doesn’t show just any data not even counts the times is running. Do you know what is the best approach for this?
