Regarding- OPC UA Server

Hi,

For one of our projects, I need to interface Citect SCADA 2018 through OPC.

Does Citect comes with OPC UA Server / Client  license by default or do I need to buy one ?

For your information, Citect Scada will act as OPC UA server and other Software will act as OPC UA client

    Citect SCADA 2018 does come with a OPC UA Client driver. This is also available for download directly from Connectivity Hub:
    https://softwaresupportsp.aveva.com/#/producthub/details?id=53405
    It can be installed on CitectSCADA 2016 or later.

    There is no license required for this driver. It is free.

    There are plans to release a OPC UA Server for Citect in the next release version, which is due Q1 2021. I beleive this will also be free and not require any additional license.
