There is away to inform a Citect Alarm Server an operator action (like a send a open comand to valve) and in alarm system, the alarm are associated to the client user and not System?
Actually, every unack alarm are associated to the system and only are associate a cliente user when you Ack the alarm.
In this case, we would like to create alarms that are notified (ON), when the operator send a command to PLC and associate it to Client user without any Ack.
