How can customer download Citect SCADA software and its updates ?

Does anyone knows, what is required other then account of Knowledge and Support center and valid latest version license ?

All the Citect SCADA versions zero are downloadable if you have a valid account.
Having a valid Customer First agreement allows you to download patches.
A valid license doesn't allow you to download patches.
