Citect SCADA Modbus Slave simulator

Hi All,

Does Citect SCADA still support Modbus TCP/IP Slave driver?

I need to simulate some Modbus TCP/IP slave devices and communicate to another 3rd party SCADA system and thinking to use Citect.

Hi Ronald ,
The MNSLAVE driver is not officially released or supported.
Can you consider using Citect as the OPC DA Server, then your 3rd Party SCADA system use OPC DA Client connection to get the data?

Hi Olivier,

Unfortunately the 3rd party system is already configured to read data via Modbus TCP/IP protocol. This is just a temporary set-up which I need to prepare for a virtual FAT.

Is it possible to get a copy of the driver for this purpose? I tried to search in the support portal but it seems its not available anymore.

Hi Ronald ,
I'd recommend reaching out to AVEVA Support and request this driver installer. They might be able to provide it to you, "as is". It would not be officially supported.
