Fatal Error when Uninstalling Update 23 (Aug)

Hello,

I ran into a fatal error when uninstalling update 23 (Aug) on the primary server (Win7) where a prompt appears looking for the "Citect SCADA 2018.msi" file from the install files directory. On two separate occasions, located the .msi file in a USB and a CD-ROM (\Citect SCADA 2018\Citect\Citect SCADA 2018.msi) with no success. A fatal error kept appearing (Error 1706 - No Valid Source Found. Installer cannot continue). The un-installer then cancels the uninstall process.

Therefore, I have had to abort the roll back process. Please advise.

Hi Jalaj,
At this stage, I think the best if you have any issue is to stop the Secondary Alarm Server as you already spotted in the other post.
I will do this only if you are having any issue, I think the newer patch will be made available soon (a couple of weeks max).
