Multi-Monitor functionality/Windows 10

Our Citect SCADA dual-monitor workstations have run for a number of years on Windows 7, originally on Citect 7.50, then migrated to Citect 2016 and then onto our current platform Citect 2018R2 (update 07). On each version we have used the following INI settings which have worked fine:

[MultiMonitors]
DisableAutoStart = TRUE
Monitors = 2
ScreenWidth = 1920
StartupPage1 = startup_page
StartupPage2 = startup_page

We are now testing the system with our workstations on Windows 10. Workstation display setup looks ok, the extended desktop (spanning both monitors) looks ok, screen resolution (1920 x 1080) and the Windows monitor numbering (1|2) looks ok.

However we are now only getting one visible Citect runtime window on one monitor, and the other monitor stays on the Windows desktop. From the Windows taskbar there are still 2 instances of Citect runtime visible (as expected) but one of them is just shown fully white. See attached screenshot.

Has anybody seen this before on Windows 10? Does the particular build of Windows 10 perhaps affect Citect runtime, especially multi-monitor functionality?

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Ash
