TCP/IP Ports Timeouts & -RK -K options

I have an installation of Citect 2018 R2 with the Jan update and most current DNPR & TCP drivers. The issue that I am seeing is that on some slow radio connections the DNP responses seem to be ignored/timeout by Citect. Looking at Wireshark on the Citect server I can see the Citect class 0 poll go out, the end units TCP Ack followed by the DNP response. Then the Server's TCP Ack. Citect still shows the device offline and re-sends a Class 0 poll again 15 seconds later. This will just continue in this pattern.

Though when I added the -RK -K options in the port settings along with the ip and -T it gets much better. With most DNP messages getting accepted and the device staying online. Does anyone know more about what these options are doing or if I can actually adjust the TCP wait/timeout? I found one old KB about this and it also suggested [TCPIP] Timeout setting in the INI, but this is no longer listed in the INI parameters help section.

Thanks in advance.

Andy
