Technote TN9046 tells how to use VLC Media Player to display Pelco camera feeds over the RTSP protocol. That may work with ONVIF cameras since they should also support RTSP. Unfortunately, VLC doesn't give you PTZ control. You may be able to find an ONVIF or RTSP ActiveX object you can display in Citect or you can use the Citect Exec() function to open a 3rd party app in a separate window.
