How to periodically insert into SQL database from Citect SCADA?

Hello All,
I need your help please !
I'm working with citect 2016 and i need to activate an event that should run a cicode function to insert into a SQL database.
For my application i have succeded to insert into the database using a button to excute the Cicode and that works very well,
But when configuring the periodic event (the cicode function should runs every 2s), that doesn't work !!
I find for an old version of Vijeo Citect that the event should be activated using the "station configuration wizard", But in this version i couldn't find it !!

    In my case, I want to call the function every 5 second for that i used a periodic event.
    The Question is How to Enable Events ??
    I see on the help that i should use the setup wizard ... and i will find a list for all events in the project ..
    But I couldn't find this !!
