Due to quarantine we are more and more forced to work remotely. Usually software like TeamViewer or AnyDesk is used and it works fine up to certain time. Then with two customers we face the issue that the CitectStudio opens as an empty window. The Studio Interface is alive, i can press F1 to open CitectHelp, or F3 to call "Find and Replace" popup or F5 to Compile. Graphic builder opened at the same time displays correctly. Looks like the graphic engine used by Studio is quite sensitive and is broken by windows update or remote control software incompatibility.
Appreciate any suggestions how solve this issue?
