  • Hi Bhaveshkumar,
Citect SCADA is not currently compatible to run within a Docker/Container at this time. However it is my understanding that many of the Aveva SCADA / HMI / OMI products are evaluating this if not already on the roadmap for funding and planning. Aveva does have another HMI/SCADA product in the portfolio that is ready to go for Docker/Container technology --> Aveva Edge (HMI/SCADA) (https://www.aveva.com/en/products/edge/) is already available to run within a Docker/Container and comes in 2 variations for hardware selection (Linux Runtime & MS Windows Runtime). Not only that, but you can also leverage Aveva Edge Management (https://www.aveva.com/en/products/edge/ ) to provision, deploy and manage all of these remote devices from a central location, thus taking this additional burden off having to build out this Edge management infrastructure.
