Question sur licence Client flottante sur deux serveurs redondants

Bonjour tout le monde

J’ai (3 ordinateurs) deux serveur redondant CITECT SCADA 2018 R2 et un client de contrôle.

J'ai deux licence serveur USB de ce type :

CT109923             Citect SCADA Box with USB key  x(2)

CT101113             CS-Full Server, 1500 points           x(2)

CT102013             CS CONTROL CLT 1500    x(1)

CT102088             CS CONTROL CLT REDUNDANT   x(1)

Quand je lance le client il détecte la licence sur l'un des serveurs jusqu’ici tout va bien.

Le problème c'est quand je déconnecte du réseau de communication le serveur(primaire) qui contient la licence que le client avait détecter, le client bascule ver le deuxième serveur(secondaire) mais il n’arrive pas à lire la licence client et il s’arrête au bout de 10 minute avec un message d'erreur (no key found...).

Pour que le client arrive à la lire il faut que je redémarre le serveur secondaire, normalement le client doit la détecter sans redémarrer le serveur secondaire.

  • To me it's not really clear how the licenses are distributed over the USB key, but it should be:
    USB 1: CT109923 (box with dongle) + CT101113 (server 1500pt) + CT102013 (control client 1500pt)
    USB 2: CT109923 (box with dongle) + CT101113 (server 1500pt) + CT102088 (redundant control client 1500pt)

    You should see identical key configurations in CiuSafe (Licensing -> Sentinel Key Update) on both server machines. Both keys should display as 1x Full License and 1x Control Client.
    If that is the case then the behavior you described is strange and you might want to debug the licensing messages between the Client and the Servers by setting the parameter [General]LicensingFullLogging=1, or contact Support to help you with that.
