In Citect Studio, go to the System Model > Equipment. There is also an export button here to export in csv.

While not directly related to your question, in Plant SCADA 2020 R2, there is also a new feature added to give you usage of library objects on which page. But this doesn't help you discover which tags are used on which page.
There is a compiler option to warn about un-used tags. E.g. if a Varaible tag has not been used on a page, or Trend/Alarm tag or Cicode, the compiler will warn you:
Another way is to search for individual tag name, using Search function, and it will show which page (if used) it is on:
