As Nuno mentioned, it is possible to embed an ActiveX control like the "Microsoft Web Browser", then pass the appropriate URL to load.

I do remember seeing a demo of Google Maps integrated within a Microsoft Web Browser in Citect many years ago. It might be worth searching for that (maybe it is on Toolbox?).
