Is the Deployment Server process running?
Is the deployment server running in the same machine or in a remote machine?

First, check if the deployment service - CitectDeploymentserver - is in the running status. Also, try to restart the service.

Secondly, make sure the attempted login user is in DeploymentAdmins group.

I'm also facing the same issue i can not login to the deployment server. i'm getting the same error "Requested operation timed out.Please retry the operation". I have check with windows services and windows deployment groups everything is okay. can i get any help for this issue?

If you have followed the above troubleshooting suggestions and it still doesn't work, I'd recommend reaching out to AVEVA Support.

When you contact Support, be sure to have your site ID details, product version (including patch), also get the aaLogger log and check the \Log\ folder for any logs which is where the Deployment Server is likely put debug information.

It is a good idea to apply the latest software patch, as a few issues have been resolved within the Deployment feature lately.
