May be there are better solutions, but 4 advanced alarms for each CB will do the job.

The Expression will be CBStatus=1, CBStatus=2, etc.

You can have the trip with a different category of open and closed to just show the trip in the alarm list

Another possibility is to craft some calculated tags - 2 bits, which encode the 4 states, and use these bits to drive a Multi Digital alarm.  This will have the advantage (if it works for you) of having a single alarm which can be driven to the 4 different states.  Each state can have its' own unique state text.
