Citect Anywhere Authentication Error

I had following error with PSO Anywhere installed on Windows Server 2019. The PSO Anywhere is installed on the PSO SCADA Server, that is part of the Domain. I tried authentication with Domain account and Local account and different security setting, but always have error.

I have the similar setup on my VM and it worked fine.

Any help, would be much appricated.

Hi Tom;
Can you try to do Remote Desktop to the Anywhere machine using the same user that you login via Anywhere?
Does it work?
Can you login by using hostname\username format?

if you still have an issue, you may raise the ticket with your local Schneider account considering that PSO Anywhere is supported as first-line support by Schneider.

Thanks Antonio. The RDP works fine from a non-domain PC, but it didn't work from a Domain Client machine. I have raised a case with tech support team but still waiting to their reply.

I just wanted to make sure your Anywhere server is not a domain controller (since you have PDC in the computer name). According to the installation guide:

Important: Microsoft Windows Server should not be configured as a Domain Controller.
