Citect SCADA Connector couldn't connect to Historian

I have a problem with Citect SCADA Connecter connection to Historian. What should be the user and password for the destination settings? I tried different, but nothing works. Where can i see them?

I can see in the SMC Log Viewer, that SMC found some variable and trend tags, but at the end we get:

0 samples written to the Historian

After installation of Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio variable and trend tags became to store locally, but destination status is still Disconnected.
