OPC UA issue when communicating with a Siemens s7-1500 PLC

Hi all!

Are there any known bugs in OPC UA ??

Last week I noticed mysterious phenomena, where Citect is communicating with a siemens S7-1500 via OPC UA protocall.

first #BAD was shown, which after computer restart worked well, and worked well for a while.

But after small adjusting & compiling, communication started haunting again ..
-This time, everything looks OK in Citect, but set-points and commands are not sent to the PLC.
Tested after a while to restart computer, and when computer had been restarted, previous commands and set-points were sent to PLC !!
(Although Citect was not even started)

- Seems like the OPC UA protocol for communication is outside of Citect, and that any lock was released in the computer after it was restarted?! ??
- Anyone who has experienced something similar, or knows how / what it takes to get stable communication via OPC UA to a Siemens S7-1500 PLC?

Everything seems to work fine right know, but with this odd behavior, I'm not sure to trust it...
(Looks like everything is OK in Citect, but sometime nothing is updated in PLC, and after Computer restart, it sends the previous values, Although Citect was not even started...)

Everything runs on a Windows10 computer, with AVEVA plant SCADA 2020.
No parameters have been adjusted, only OPC UA is specified as the protocol for communication with the Siemens S7-1500 PLC.
