Citect SCADA connector to Aveva Historian

Hi,

I would like to know how to configure the Citect SCADA connector to be attain Citect SCADA to send advanced alarms to the Aveva Historian database. For digital alarms it is possible, but I haven´t been able to configure the advanced alarms. Can you tell me how this is performed?

    What version of the Connector are you using? Please be aware that there is likely a 3.1 release coming out soon which combines all the hotfixes and known issues to address various issues.

    I don't know of any issues impacting advanced alarms though, so they should just work as per digital or analog alarms. Make sure that the "Historize" flag on the tag is set.

    Take a look at the Connector logs to see what alarm history is being sent.

    I'd recommend reaching out to AVEVA Technical Support to investigate this issue and troubleshoot further.
