In using an alarm description such as

In Runtime, on the alarm summary, it shows up as
ENCLOSURE TEMP (TT2242 SIGNAL FAIL)
This is not directly listed as an illegal format, and does not give a compliler error.
Help is saying that the escape characters are not valid.
Can I move the parenthesis?
Help also says that the @( is only recognized at the beginning of the translation, and then the rest of the line is translated - but the ) is stripped
