Hi,
I'm having some problems archiving alarms using SOEArchive(). I've defined the destination for my Archive Path in the Alarm Server form along with my Archive Prefix. I've also labelled the volume where the data will be saved to.
However, when I execute SOEArchive() the archiving fails with the following message being recorded in the SOE, 'Failed to write data - The system cannot open the device or file specified - Alarm Raised'.
I should note that I'm testing this in a VM at present before rolling it out. The version I'm using is 2020 R2 Update 1 or v8.21 Update 1.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
