Citect SCADA license issues

Hello,

I have upgraded my USB license key to 8.4x and when I try to run a project in Citect 2016 it returns the error "No protection key found. Press OK to run in Demo Mode." I have updated. I have updated to the latest versions of CiUSafe and the Sentinel Key drivers, but still get the same error. I know I have successfully updated the key (see the attached image). What am I missing?

    I assume this key was working previously on this machine?

    I'd recommend reaching out to AVEVA customer support.

    If you would like further input from the community, it might help to share the details from syslog.dat (delete it first) then run up from fresh, to log the issue.

    It might also be a good idea to check your 2016 installation and make sure you have the latest patch - Update 38 (Mar 10 2020) is the latest.
