Multiple clients on terminal server not working.

i have installed Plant SCADA 2023 running on a server.

i am trying to set up a terminalserver for client with multiple users.
the multiple users works fine, but if one of the users closes plant scada, the runtime manager stops for all users.

if i try to configure the runtime manager to run in service mode, only one user gets license, and the other users get software protection error.

The licenses are USB licenses.

It looks all users shared the same session of the runtime manager. All you need to do is let each user launch citect32.exe with a parameter /x. In this way, each user will have her or his own session of citect runtime. Hope this would help.
