Aveva Plant SCADA 2020 R2 runtime issue

Hi, I am facing problem while Plant SCADA 2020 R2 runtime. Client and IOserver is not geeting started after I click on runtime icon. Rest, trend, report and alarm servers are running. these status are shown in runtime manager pop up window.

Could be a bug. Have you patched Plant SCADA to the latest update (at least update 11 or higher), including PCS Framework 4.6.3?

Have you installed the latest (Plant SCADA) communication drivers for the PLC protocols you are using?

For further analysis, please inspect the various syslog.dat and other log files, found in the Log folder of Plant SCADA.

It appears that the client process got stuck in license initialization. Try to install the latest patch (Feb Update) of v8.30 that has fixed some licensing related issue.
