We have commissioned a site 6 Months back . we have commisioned total 3 set of M580 HSBY system with Plant SCADA 2020R2 comminicating through OFS and one S7-417H PLC communicated with KepServer. we have provided Webclient facility with external static IP (through Plant wide Network). Everything was working normally without any issue but from last 3-4 days we are facing a strange issue that in local network webclient we are getting all the data , but in PWN network web client showing #BAD for M580 related pages(all 3 set of M580 PLC related pages),KepServer data is updating properly(S7-417H). even though if M580 data's is showing #BAD, the color and status of the valve, pumps is getting updated and if i move the mouse pointer on the #BAD in tooptip i can see the value but equipments showing in dotted.one more thing is Alarm and trend data is updating properly, only appearance related we are facing this issue.
