DNPR and plant SCADA 2020R2 Communication Error

Hi All,

I am facing issue while working with DNPR when i am starting the RT then i am getting single value on the SCADA run time after that no response after the 1 min in kernal i am getting some error message even during this 1 min there is no change in the values.

Error_in CMD_17 16 Generic 000011 Driver 00000094 (0x0000005e)

Can you do any packet or serial data capture? Is that one value you get at first accurate? Have you tested the same setup with another DNP server to confirm good comms to the field device? I have had cases where the field device - Citect have trouble handling the restart piece of DNP after a long outage.

Hi all this issue is resolved i changed some of the values in citect.ini
