Exception 0xe0434352 calling ctOpen

Has anybody ever seen an Exception 0xe0434352 when you try to call ctOpen() ?

Exception 0xe0434352 0xffffffff80070002 0x0 0x7fffd0bacb69

It seems like it might be related to .NET somehow but I'm not using .NET at all.

  • It appears that some dependent file is gone missing or corrupted. Did you launch your CtAPI application from Plant SCADA's .\bin directory or a different folder? If it was launched from a different folder, all CtAPI dependencies should be available in that folder. 

    Get a copy of CtAPI dependencies from the release media - .\AVEVA Plant SCADA\Extras\CtApi
