Running Plant SCADA 2023 and have used template Alarm summary page. Noticed an odd behavior recently. I right clicked on a listed alarm and viewed the alarm summary information pop-up and noticed that the alarm acknowledge time was before the alarm on-time. The field point associated with the alarm is using time-stamped DNP data.
I am wondering if its likely that the alarm on-time could be based on the field device's time stamp and the alarm acknowledge is based on the Citect computer's time? Or if anyone has another explanation to this.
