Equipment Configuration Parameter Migration Tool Not Reliably Functional

Hello,

I have restored a v8.3 project with some included project into v8.5 (July 2023) and proceeded with the auto project upgrade. However, when I attempt to migrate the equipment configuration parameters, they don't migrate at all. On another larger project, it seemed to migrate most of them but still missed several of them. Any thoughts?

Chrsitian Heiberger 8.5 is the 2023 R2 and it is in Beta, not released yet. Are you sure that this is not 8.4 (2023)?
Did you run the migration tool?

My apologies, I got my versions mixed up. v8.2 to v8.4. Yes, I ran the migration tool with the option to migrate the equipment database and on include projects too.

There is log file created after using the migration tool, you could start analyzing it why it is failing. The best at this stage it is to raise a support ticket via your local distributor.
