archiving alarms , SOEArchive

Hello everyone i hope you are doing well ,

so i have been trying to enbale archiving for my alams in citect scada 2018 R2 ,

i did it by cicode function as follows : SOEArchive("D:\Archiving Folder") ,

but it returns a message error that the operation wasnt successful , error number 537

i did all of the configuration right as it is on the citect scada help .

Try launching Citect Runtime "As Administrator".

Another thing to try could be to disable UAC in Windows.

If you still experience issues, I recommend reaching out to AVEVA support.

Please also note that Citect SCADA 2018 R2 is out of mainstream support.
