I have Plant Scada 2023 version in which scada configuration is prepared. I have encountered a problem where alarm & events are not being generated when runtime is started. alarm server is is running perfectly fine. what other things can be checked for troubleshooting this problem.

as per Syslog alarm server runtime is running in 32bit Mode. runtime password is configured. below is the snap of Trace log file, it seems there is some problem in database connection.
from Scada client runtime hardware alarms page was not loading. from runtime kernel, I have loaded the hardware alarm page forcefully using cicode function, below is the snap of the hardware alarm page.

From the trace log, the alarm server failed to connect its database. By default, the alarm database port is 5482. Make sure this port is not being used by another application. Alternatively, you could enter a new port number in your project as shown below. If the problem persists, please reach out Technical Support for a further investigation.
