Add userdefined comments to SOE (SOEEventAdd)?

I think it is best to look at the ExampleSA project. It is based on the Situational Awareness templates, which has built in alarm navigation, filtering and also the ability to add a comment to the SOE page.

You can also call the AlarmComment() Cicode function from your own project to achieve the same thing.

Please note that once a comment is added by the operator, they will need to refresh the SOE page to retrieve the new event that was added.
