Increase Font size of Cicode Form

Unfortunately no, there is no way to increase the size of the fonts of cicode forms without product enhancement.

As per my Understanding , Size of Font is decided by System . 

May i know on which parameter Size of Font /Popup is decided ?? Is it screen resolution , Graphic size ?

On these forms the font is actually hard-coded internally to specific fonts and sizes and cannot be changed or impacted by OS system settings.

Your only option, is probably to create custom pages and WinNewAt them.
