How to build redundancy within two different projects?

You would need to test this thoroughly yourself, but I don't see why this would not work. It should be possible.

You will need to run a combined project on the Standby, since it needs to know about the Primary Servers for Project 1 and 2.

This will require unique cluster per project, and also unique tags in the combined project.
