error 2711 when uninstall Plant scada 2023 R2

Hello Expert, I encountered an issue while attempting to uninstall Aveva Plant SCADA 2023 R2 from my computer. The error code received was 2711. I attempted to uninstall it using the Control Panel in Windows and with the Aveva setup, but it didn't work.

Additional information: prior to installing Plant SCADA, I uninstalled Citect from my PC. However, during the installation of Aveva Plant SCADA, an error occurred but im not sure that it's installed correctly that's why im attempting to uninstall it

    It appears that the MSI file is corrupted. For my understanding, this error occurred when you attempted to install PS2023R2 first time, right? if yes, the installation might be completed with the corrupted MSI. It looks like you are stuck in the middle, unable to uninstall/install PS 2023R2 to correct the problem. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\ArchestrA\Install, go through GUID folders and see if there is any MSI log. Maybe some useful messages were logged for feature "Config.StarterPro".

    You should contact Technical Support for further troubleshooting if you are still unable to resolve the issue.
