Trend does not display at the right place

Hi,

I'm working on a project that have previously run alright (PlantSCADA 2023 R2).

But now I notice that all my trend are displaying the pen line at the wrong place. I use the trend object inside a genie a paste this genie into a graphic page. I found that if I paste a trend object directly in the graphic page, everything work as it should, but the same trend but inside a genie does not display properly.

Here is photos of the configuration and the problem.

This is the genie with the trend object. Basically it's a trend on a white rectangle:

There's the genie on the graphic page and beside there's an trend object that is configure the same way:

This is the result in run time. You can clearly see that the left trend display the green line outside the rectangle and the right trend display the line correctly:

Anyone have an idea ? I have a lot of genie using similar configuration across the project and all of them seems offset now for a weird reason...

Thanks.

  • Hi  ,

I tested this same config on the Example project, and it is working fine for me. Could you try this same setup on the Example project on your side again?

It could be that the graphics DBF which the compiler uses, has some incorrect data for this page. You could try open the *page*.dbf files and clear the content for this page name.. then open the page and save again. Then do a full compile.

It might also be a good idea to get in touch with AVEVA technical support if you would like to get to the root cause of this issue.

    Kind regards
