Hi CISIL SUNNY ,
I'd recommend reaching out to AVEVA Technical Support to help troubleshoot this issue.
The DNPR driver is quite complex, and I doubt you will get any answers from a forum.
It may require analysis of driver logs and live debugging.
Kind regards
Olivier
Hi,
I have no experience at all about that driver.
A guess could be if the primary/redundant issues could perhaps be due to communication conflict/communication interference that occurs when both are connected?
Can be due to several things ..
A Hint could be shown on the hardware alarm page, or check the log files.
One thing you can check/try is setting the ExclusiveAccess parameter (I think that is what its called) per each device (primary and secondary). We have experienced issues with field devices that will only accept one DNP TCP connection at a time, so when the other server checks its connection it will break the connection with the first server.
