Hi, I'm a beginner of Citect SCADA/Plant SCADA (currently a Rockwell/Siemens man).
When learning it, I don't understand what "!" or "@" sign means in Citect SCADA.
I can see the name of many pages in the sample projects start with "!", even the tutorial tells me to create and save a graphic with name "!ValveControl". Why is there a "!" sign required? What's the difference between with or without the "!"?
Regarding the "@" sign, I can see in the Menu Configuration of the sample projects or templates, there are a lot of "@", like @(Home), @(Alarm). I guess maybe this is for multilanguage display? I'm not sure. But in some YT videos of explaining genie or super genie, they even put text string of "@Operate" or "@Status" on where plain text "Operate" or "Status" are enough as they are completely the same in Runtime from what I can see. Why is that?
I tried to find the answer, but failed to find any clue anywhere.
