I would check the Trend Tag configuration in Process Analyst. Is this is multi-cluster system? If so, you need to append the Cluster name to the Trend Tag name. E.g. "Cluster1.TrendTag1".

I've seen other cases where 0x10000119 was returned, due to a ctapi connecction error. I doubt it is related to OFS, as if there are any errors in OFS, you will be seeing #COM or #ERR on your runtime pages.
