Probably a silly question ...
Way back in V7 etc, it was an easy process of managing the opening size/position of the windows for Project Explorer, Graphics Builder and Project Editor via settings in the INI file.
I haven't had much success doing the same thing with 2023 R2 specifically. Am I missing something ? It gets a bit irritating having the Plant Studio constantly going to fullscreen on opening.
