Historian Client Trend is showing null values

Historian Client Trend is showing null values for all auto generated trend tags, the trend tags are set to Historize, the Citect connector is version 3.1 with supplementary update. the Citect connector is showing Online for both source and destination, the manual trend tags are the only ones that are trending correctly

what more do I need to Check?

I'd recommend reaching out to AVEVA Technical Support to help troubleshoot this issue.

Things I would check:

- The Trend Server syslog.dat file, any errors or messages on startup? E.g. archive errors?

- The Connector logs, any errors mentioning the trend tags?
