Cannot load industrial graphics web client on a different device outside the server computer

I tried to load industrial graphics web client on a phone all connected by same network . I access the web client via server computer ip address. This didn’t work, it just keeps loading the showing *please wait while it’s processing* . When I load in the server computer , it resolves successfully. I’m wondering if the issue it’s cos the server name is my computer name? How can I resolve this ?

I think it is best to raise this issue with AVEVA Technical Support.

I assume you have a supported browser and device:

You might need to manually add the Certificate to your device. You should use machine name and not the IP Address.

Thanks for your contribution, when I use the machine name. It doesn’t resolve it in phone browser, it resolves the ip address but not fully, it just keeps loading till infinity.
