One of our clients would like to plan the upgrade of Aveva Reports 2023 R2 from the current 2023 version.
In the architecture, we have InTouch on a VM that sends data via the SuiteLink driver and Historian installed on the same machine as Aveva Report that pull data from it.
The client does not want to migrate InTouch and Historian to the 2023 R2 version; they are currently also on 2023, the aim is to migrate only Aveva Reports.
From the compatibility matrix, I see that Aveva Reports 2023 R2 is only compatible with InTouch 2023 R2 and Historian 2023 R2, but not with version 2023.
Does anyone have certainty about this?
So the alternatives are to either keep the current 2023 version or migrate ALL products to 2023 R2?
