Dashboards user access management

Question

Hello, 
 We have prepared several dashboards for different departments of factory and we want these dashboards to be available for only the related users/groups. 
 We can manage which users/groups can see which reports but we can not see any security setting to manage access to different dashboards for different users. 
 We can only give them "access to dashboards" and they can access all dashboards. How can I manage user access to different dashboards?

Here is my solution: 
 Put the dashboard inside a web report page and give access to users... Below are the steps: 
 1. Dashboard access is disabled from DRweb portal so users can not access dashboards from this menu 
 2. A report is created and enabled only for web 
 3. Web Elements-> Custom Content added to the report page 
 4. URL of the dashboard is added as content 
 5. The report access is arranged by selecting the users and giving authorization to this report 
 6. Now the only authorized users can reach the report (thus the dashboard inside the report)
