Hello, experts! Has anyone encountered this problem when installing ASP on a Schneider Electric computer?
"The installer has encountered an unexpeted error installing this package. This may indicate a problém with this package . the error code is 2711"

Hi Nabil, by "Schneider Electric" computer you mean a PC/Laptop that's enrolled to the SE IT domain? 
 If so, the best option is installing the software on a virtual machine or a PC that is not linked to the corporate domain. I saw similar issues in the past because IT usually blocks ports and subsystems that ASP needs to work properly, and they won't unlock anything unless there's a solid argument.
