Hi everyone, we have a problem with AVEVA System Platform 2023 R2: we opened a template then closed it. We have to terminate the IDE because the check-in process took extremely long. Now the template remained in check-out and could not be reversed by doing check-in/undo check-out/override check-out. What could we do? Thanks!
Please try and restart the Galaxy Repository service.
This will disconnect any active sessions and you should be able to undo checkout / check in the object
The service is available on the GR Node and restarting it will close any active IDE sessions, so please ensure all developers have checked in / saved their other work.
Restarting the Galaxy Repository service should not effect any deployed objects so it can be done without the need of aligning with production, if this is the case.
