Autosave for SP?

I would like to see versioning of object as a SP feature. I am aware of all the extras with OctoPlant, but in majority of my opportunities those extras are not requested. Just plain SP versioning. Like to see a new roadmap :-)

Yes, the loss of A4SP unfortunately caught us by surprise too. We are currently working on trying to find a solid solution for the problem, but I will have to beg for some patience, please. The fact that we now have to create something new means that we have to pause or stop other work already in flight in order to make capacity available for this work. Deciding to throw away or pause investment on something else that was deemed important by many customers in order to do this work is not an easy decision to make. But, we defintely want to do something to bridge the gap and I hope to be able to show something soon.

Is there any progress or update on the A4SP for SP2023/2023R2? 
This was mentioned in the Sales Brief as the last supported release.

Our projects team are working on a project and awaiting on any guidance.

There is an Autosave for System Platform (A4SP) version that is compatible with SP2023 and it is available but it can only be sold or given to existing Autosave customers to upgrade or to add new galaxies. Auvesy-MDT (the OEM of A4SP) does not allow us to sell it to new customers anymory.

So would it be safe to say, use OctoPlant for NEW Customers and NEW Projects for now until further advised as stated above?

Yes, that is the current state of affairs. It is too early for ETAs, but once I know more I will try to remember to add an update here.
