Will there ever be a day where AVEVA Softwares such as System Platform and/ or Intouch will support Linux OS ?
I understand it uses .NET Framework, but I'm thinking if it were using .NET Core, that could get rid of the Microsoft dependancy for everything.
Linux is much more secure compared to Windows, less bloat, more life span for the OS and less updates.
I see AVEVA Edge has a small linux OS element but doesn't allow for all features, would really wish AVEVA support Linux
